My son -- now 9, has been having nosebleeds for about 2 years now.  He has had his nose cauterized 3 times already.
I have tried another product that you have to put powder on a Q-tip - which burned his nose and made him cry a lot - causing his nose to bleed more.  Whenever his nose would bleed, I would go for that - and he would be  terrified - begging me "PLEASE NO MOMMY, NOT THAT ! it will hurt!"  That would break my heart.  So I hesitated using it -  Which meant 2am nosebleeds kept us up until at least 3am!  One 2am nosebleed -  I came online to find "a better way" to end these bleedings, and came across BloodSTOP.
